9th Annual Blessing of the Children 

Healthy Hearts and Mind

Toys for Tots + Winter Distribution

On September 17, 2023, at Yucca Neighborhood House, we hosted our annual Blessing of the Children, giving out over 150 school supplies and backpacks. 

On August 26, 2023, we hosted a Healthy Eating Workshop that taught families how to eat healthy on a budget and make mindful food choices. We gave out charts related to healthy eating habits and fresh groceries they could choose from. 

On December 10, 2023, we parntered with Toys for Tots and handed out over 200 toys and books for familes for Christmas, provided grocery bags, and gave out to hot meals to families and those in need. We also were able to pass out blankets, socks, jackets, and warm clothing to the unhoused community as well.
